Expenvo Terms of Service

Effective date: April 23, 2026. These terms govern use of the Expenvo app, website, and related services.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

By using Expenvo, the user agrees to these terms and confirms that they are legally able to use the service.

2. Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate registration information.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • Users are responsible for activity that occurs under their account unless prohibited by law.

3. Shared wallets and collaboration

  • Users may invite other users to collaborate on wallets.
  • When a wallet is shared, invited members may be able to view or modify wallet data depending on granted permissions.
  • Users should share wallets only with people they trust.

4. User content

Users retain responsibility for the expense data, receipt images, statements, notes, and other content they submit. Users must have the right to upload and process any content they provide to Expenvo.

5. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, fraudulent, or abusive use of the service.
  • No attempts to interfere with the service, bypass security, or access other users’ data without authorization.
  • No use of Expenvo to upload harmful code or violate applicable law.

6. AI-assisted features

  • Expenvo may provide AI-assisted categorization, parsing, and savings suggestions.
  • AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or misleading.
  • AI outputs are provided for convenience and are not financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.

7. Suspension and termination

Expenvo may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates security risk, or uses the service in a way that may harm Expenvo or other users.

8. Disclaimers

Expenvo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Expenvo does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expenvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

Expenvo may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means the user accepts the updated terms.
