What Fulton prints
Opened 22 October 2026. The overdraft services page says there is a $32 overdraft fee per paid item. You are enrolled in Overdraft Elect partial coverage unless you opt out or choose the All-In election. ATM and everyday debit card overdrafts are not paid unless you opt in to All-In.
The consumer overdraft information PDF prints the same $32.00 per paid item. It says the account must be overdrawn by $5.01 or greater before an overdraft fee. A maximum of 4 overdraft fees may be charged per day. A sweep transfer fee is $12.00. The maximum of overdraft fees and one sweep transfer fee in a day is $140.00. The consumer service fee disclosure effective December 3, 2025 prints the same $32.00, the same $5.01 rule, the same four-a-day cap, and the same $140.00 daily maximum.
If a sweep covers only part of the overdraft, Fulton says it charges the $12.00 sweep fee and can still charge up to four overdraft fees that day on items the sweep did not cover. Payment is at Fulton's discretion. Asking them to remove a fee already charged is a request. They can say no.
