Last updated October 13, 2026. These terms are between you and Expenvo, at expenvo.com.

Expenvo sorts the lines on a statement into categories and estimates bank fees you might ask the bank about. It is not a bank, not a credit counselor, and not financial, tax, or legal advice. Categories and savings figures can be wrong. Savings figures are for bank fees only. Subscriptions are listed. We do not tell you to cancel them. You check the numbers with your bank.

You must be 18 or older. You need a Google account to save data. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not upload statements you are not allowed to read. Do not try to break the service, read someone else's data, or resell access.

Free includes one bank statement upload per calendar month, every charge sorted into a category, your 3 largest bank fees, and your 3 largest subscriptions. Pro is $5.99 USD/month or $47 USD/year: unlimited statement uploads, every bank fee you paid, tips on what to say when you call your bank to remove a fee, every subscription, spending by month, and a spreadsheet download. Prices are in USD before tax. Paddle adds the tax and sends it to the tax authority. The plan renews until you end it. You can end it in Manage billing. Pro continues until the end of the time you already paid for.

The software and the words on the site are owned by Expenvo. We give you a personal license to use the site. You keep the rights to your statement data.

The service is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the courts of that province, except where US state or Canadian provincial consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived.
