Arvest bank fees
Arvest prints a $17 fee when it pays a payment the account cannot cover, and it caps that at four fees a day. Returning the payment is not charged on this schedule. The wider US list is US overdraft fees by bank.

When Arvest pays the item
Opened 25 October 2026. The figures are from Arvest's personal fee schedule. The page says the schedule is effective 21 September 2026. It covers personal accounts. More bank fee pages are on US bank fees and overdraft fee guides.
The paid item fee is $17 for each payment Arvest pays when the balance, after that day's deposits and withdrawals are posted, is not enough. On a consumer account, Arvest charges at most four of these fees a day. If Arvest sends the payment back instead of paying it, this schedule prints no fee.
How several of these fees can land on one day is on multiple overdraft fees in one day. How to ask about one that already posted is on how to ask about an overdraft fee.
The line on your own statement is the one that counts. Upload it on the upload page. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not call the institution.
A yearly total from numbers you type is on the bank fee calculator. It does not look up this institution.

A quiet account and the ATM
A checking account is treated as quiet after 365 days with no deposit or withdrawal. A savings or money market account uses 730 days. Interest the bank posts, and the fee itself, do not count as activity. The $5 fee is charged each month until you use the account, the balance reaches $0 or goes below it, or the money is sent to the state as unclaimed property. You can avoid it with a balance of $10,000 or more, or with at least one deposit or withdrawal a year (two years for savings or money market).
Using an ATM Arvest does not own costs $2.50 for a balance check, a deposit, or a withdrawal. The owner of that ATM can charge its own fee on top. This schedule does not print a monthly checking fee. If your statement shows one, use the account papers for that account.
