What a Crave charge means on your statement
A Crave line is the Crave plan when you pay Crave, or a charge from the TV provider, phone company, or store that sold it to you. The Crave pages opened on 16 October 2026 do not print a price or the exact letters on a card statement. The account shows who bills you.

Why the line looks like that
Crave says a subscription can be bought on Crave or through a third party such as a TV provider, an app store, or another streaming service. If a third party sold it, that company bills you, not Crave or Bell Media. The pages do not print a sample statement line. Match the brand in the account of the company that charged you.
A direct plan is prepaid. Cancelling does not cut off access the same day. Crave's example: if the renewal date is the 15th and you cancel on the 30th, you keep access until the next 15th, when the subscription ends.
There is no pause
Crave says there is no way to pause. You can cancel and keep watching until the end of the current billing period. To avoid another charge, cancel before the renewal date. If renewal is on the 15th, cancel by the 14th. An annual plan follows the same rule, once a year.
If you already have Crave and you buy it again through someone else, cancel the old one yourself. Crave says the old plan does not cancel on its own, and Crave does not refund a customer who is billed twice.
How to cancel
If you subscribed on Crave, sign in at crave.ca, open Account from the user icon, choose Subscriptions, and under the plan choose Cancel Plan. The account then shows the time left. Cancelling Crave also cancels add-ons. Cancelling only an add-on leaves the Crave bill in place.
If you signed up through a TV provider, Bell Mobility, Virgin Mobile, Apple, Google, Roku, Amazon, Disney+, or Bell Streaming, cancel there. Crave says it cannot change or cancel those subscriptions. Disney+ and Bell Streaming bill those plans themselves. Upload the statement to Expenvo and it lists every subscription it finds. Expenvo does not cancel Crave for you. - No. The billing pages opened on 16 October 2026 do not print a card descriptor or a dollar price. They tell you whether Crave bills you or a third party does.
- Can I pause Crave for a month?
- No. Crave says there is no pause. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want the next charge. Access lasts until the end of the period you already paid.
- Will Crave refund a second subscription?
- No. Crave says it does not offer refunds when you are double billed by Crave and a third party. Cancel the plan you no longer want with the company that sold it.
- Does cancelling an add-on cancel Crave?
- No. Crave says cancelling an add-on leaves the Crave subscription in place. Cancelling the Crave plan also cancels the add-ons.
