What a Crunchyroll charge means on your statement
A Crunchyroll line is a Premium membership. Crunchyroll, Apple, Google, or a partner such as Amazon, PlayStation, Roku, or YouTube may be the one billing you. The help articles opened on 16 October 2026 do not print a price or the exact letters on a card statement. Membership Info shows how that account is billed.

Why the line looks like that
Crunchyroll's cancel article does not print a sample card line. It tells you to open Crunchyroll.com, choose your profile, then Settings, then Membership Info. That page shows how the membership is billed. If you subscribed only through Amazon Prime Video or The Roku Channel, Crunchyroll says you will not see the account on the Crunchyroll site. Look in the service you used to sign up.
The help pages use the name Crunchyroll. They do not print one fixed descriptor. If the letters on your statement are unclear, match the date and amount to Membership Info, or to the receipts in the app store.
A charge after you thought it stopped
Crunchyroll says a charge after you cancel is usually a renewal that already went through, another account on a different email, or a subscription at a third party such as Apple or Google. One final charge is normal if you cancel on or after the renewal date. If the subscription shows an end date in the future, that charge is the last cycle and will not renew. If it shows no active membership, the charge may be another account or another provider.
Deleting the app, logging out, or removing the card does not cancel the membership. A gift membership with no payment method ends when the gift access ends, so there is nothing to cancel. If a pending transaction hides the cancel button, Crunchyroll says to wait 24 hours.
How to cancel
Cancel in the same place you signed up. On the website with a card or PayPal: Settings, Membership Info, Cancel Subscription, then No thanks, Finish Cancellation. You keep Premium until the end of the billing period. In the iOS or Android app: Membership, Manage, then cancel. That path opens Apple or Google. Amazon, PlayStation, Roku, and YouTube are cancelled on those services. Crunchyroll says its support team cannot manage a partner membership.
Only a Google Play membership can be paused, from the Android app. Every other payment method has no pause. Cancel and subscribe again later if you want a break. An annual plan renews on the same date each year. Upload the statement to Expenvo and it lists every subscription it finds. Expenvo does not cancel Crunchyroll for you. Steps for stopping the next charge are on how to cancel a subscription you found on a statement.
