What a NETFLIX.COM charge means on your statement
People look up NETFLIX.COM because that is the text on the statement. Netflix help pages do not print that exact line. They tell you how to check the charge in your account.

Why the line looks like that
Netflix's billing page says membership plans are billed monthly on the date you signed up. It says Netflix does not offer annual, multi-month, or lifetime membership plans. If you pay through a third party, such as a phone, TV, or internet provider, or a package that includes Netflix, Netflix says to sign in with that provider for the billing history.
The advertised price does not include sales tax. If sales tax applies, Netflix says it is listed separately on the monthly invoice. Tax is determined by the billing zip code. Netflix says to include the 4 digit extension for the most accurate rate, and to update the zip under Manage payment method.
How to match the charge
If you pay Netflix directly, open Payment History on your account page. Netflix says it shows 1 year of billing history. Select View next to a payment to see details, including taxes, and to open a printable invoice. For anything older than 1 year, Netflix says to contact your financial institution.
A second Netflix charge in the same month can be a plan change or an extra member slot. Netflix says moving to a higher priced plan takes effect immediately, and you may be charged a separate prorated amount, so two charges can show that month. Buying an extra member slot also charges a separate prorated amount for the first month.
If you never signed up, Netflix says someone may have started an account with your payment method, and to contact Netflix. A bank may also update an expired card, so an old card number can still be charged. Remove or update the payment method from the Account page.
Cancel, or stop a partner bill
Netflix says you can cancel at any time. Open Manage your membership, choose Cancel, then Finish Cancellation. Netflix says that is the only way to end the membership. Signing out, or deleting the app, does not cancel it. If time is left in the billing period, you can keep watching until the account cancels at the end of that period. You will not be charged again unless you restart.
If you do not see Cancel, Netflix says the membership is billed by a payment partner. The Account page, under Membership, either links the cancellation steps or tells you to contact that partner.
Netflix also offers a pause on some plans. It is not available on the Basic plan, or for some payment methods such as Direct Debit, gift cards, and some partner payments. A pause lasts 1 month, up to 3 months total. Unpausing charges you immediately. Upload the statement to Expenvo and it lists every subscription it finds. Expenvo does not cancel Netflix for you. Steps for stopping the next charge are on how to cancel a subscription you found on a statement.
