What a Nintendo charge means on your statement
A charge whose name includes Nintendo is often Nintendo Switch Online. Nintendo's Americas support page does not print a card descriptor or a membership price. It does say how auto-renewal works, and that you confirm the plan in the account that bought it.

How the charge repeats
Nintendo says to cancel by turning off auto-renewal at least 48 hours before the membership expires. The membership stays active until the end of the term. Nintendo does not give refunds or credits for the time left. Once auto-renewal is off, Nintendo says it cannot be turned on again.
The page does not print the letters a bank uses. The name on a statement usually includes Nintendo. Payment can be a credit card, PayPal, or available funds. Nintendo says it may receive an updated card number and expiry from the bank, so a renewal can continue on a new card. Match the date and the amount in the Nintendo account.
Where to turn auto-renewal off
On Switch 2, Nintendo says to open the Nintendo eShop with the account that bought the plan, then the account icon, Account Information, and Cancel Your Subscription by Turning Off Automatic Renewal. On Switch, Switch Lite, and the OLED model, the path is the same, then highlight Nintendo Switch Online, then that cancel item. On the web: accounts.nintendo.com, then Nintendo Switch Online, Cancel Your Pass by Turning Off Auto-Renewal, then Confirm.
Save Data Cloud backup ends when the membership ends. A new membership within 180 days restores those cloud backups. Save data on the console still works. A family membership ends for the group. Game Vouchers need an active paid membership to redeem, and they still work if a new paid membership starts before the voucher expires. Custom icons remain.
Upload the statement to Expenvo and it lists every subscription it finds. Expenvo does not cancel Nintendo Switch Online for you. Steps for stopping the next charge are on how to cancel a subscription you found on a statement.
