What a Paramount+ charge means on your statement

A Paramount+ line is the subscription, billed by Paramount+ or by the store or device you used to sign up. The support articles opened on 16 October 2026 do not print the exact letters a bank statement will show, and they do not print a plan price. Use the account page to see who bills you.

Why the line looks like that

Paramount+ says you can set up the subscription with a direct payment on paramountplus.com, or through a third party. The billing article does not print a statement spelling. In the Google Play steps, the cancel article says to locate the P+ subscription. That is the name in those steps, not a bank-statement sample.

If a first subscription includes a promotional offer that covers the full cost, Paramount+ says you are billed automatically when that offer ends, and then at the start of each billing period, unless you cancel. Cancel any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

A plan change is not the same as a new subscription

If you upgrade, Paramount+ says the new plan starts right away. A promo code on the old plan may not apply. Unused days you already paid are credited toward the new plan. If you are not changing how often you are billed, you are billed a prorated amount for the new plan until the current period ends, then billing continues on the regular date.

If you downgrade, the new plan starts at the end of the current billing period. A promo code may not carry over. If Amazon, Apple, Google Play, or Roku bills you, Paramount+ says to ask that company about billing.

How to cancel

Use the device or platform you signed up with. If you signed up on the Paramount+ website or on a PS5, go to paramountplus.com/account, click Cancel Subscription, and follow the prompts. You keep access until the cancellation takes effect, and Paramount+ says you will not be refunded for fees you have already paid. A free trial ends at the end of the trial. At other times, including a promo, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The page says 7-day free trials are only available in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, the UK, and Ireland.

If a promo covers the whole cost for more than one billing period and you cancel, Paramount+ says you lose access at the end of the current billing period, not at the end of the promo. Deleting the Fire TV app does not cancel. Uninstalling the Google Play app does not cancel. Apple, Fire TV, Google Play, and Roku each have their own steps on the cancel article. Upload the statement to Expenvo and it lists every subscription it finds. Expenvo does not cancel Paramount+ for you. Steps for stopping the next charge are on how to cancel a subscription you found on a statement.

Questions

Does Paramount+ print the statement letters?
No. The billing and cancel articles opened on 16 October 2026 do not print a sample card line. They use the name Paramount+. The Google Play steps say to find the P+ subscription in Google Play.
When does the first charge happen?
If a promo covers the full cost, Paramount+ says the first bill is automatic when that offer ends, then at the start of each billing period, unless you cancel.
Do I get the money back if I cancel on the website?
Paramount+ says you will not be refunded for fees you have already paid. You keep access until the cancellation takes effect, which is the end of the current billing period, or the end of a free trial.
Does everyone get a 7-day free trial?
No. The cancel article says 7-day free trials are only available in Australia, France, Germany, Italy, the UK, and Ireland.
