What a Peloton charge means on your statement

A Peloton line can be the equipment membership or the app. Peloton's help pages do not print the exact letters a bank puts on the card, so match the date and the amount to the membership invoice. The PDF stays on your device.

All-Access is the equipment membership

Opened 17 October 2026. Peloton's All-Access help page says All-Access memberships recur monthly until canceled. You are not billed until you receive the equipment and activate the membership on the touchscreen. After that, the card on file is charged each month until you cancel or the membership is deactivated. App memberships are billed on purchase or after a free trial, monthly or yearly depending on the plan.

The same page says the All-Access membership is $49.99 a month and covers content on 1 Bike, 1 Tread, 1 Row, and 1 Guide per household. Two products of the same type need two memberships. Peloton says it can only take a credit, debit, or prepaid card with a US billing address, plus Peloton gift cards. The billing day is the day you first activated. If you activated on the 31st, later months with 30 or fewer days bill on the 1st. Peloton says it cannot change the billing date.

Pause, cancel, or ask about a wrong bill

You can pause All-Access for 1, 2, or 3 months. During a pause you cannot use content on the Bike, Tread, Row, or app. The pause starts at the next billing cycle and billing resumes when it ends. On the membership page, click Manage next to the subscription, then Pause or cancel. For a break longer than 3 months, Peloton says to cancel and start again later. After you cancel, access lasts through the current billing period, then it does not renew. You can start again at onepeloton.com/mymembership or on the equipment.

If a membership bill looks wrong, notify Peloton within 60 days of the billing date. Peloton says it will not issue refunds or credits after those 60 days, except where the law requires it. Members can generate invoices for up to 18 months before the date they create the invoice. Payment methods are edited at account.onepeloton.com, under Payment methods on file, using the pencil icon. The help page does not print a card descriptor.

App memberships follow the store that billed you

Peloton's app membership page says any billing change, including cancellation, has to be done on the platform that first sold the app membership. Bought from Peloton, it is first party. Bought from iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV, Amazon, or Roku, it is third party. Roku is not available in Germany and Australia. Cancel in that store. Deleting the Peloton app is not listed as a cancel step.

Member Support on that page is (866) 679-9129, 6 AM to 12 AM ET, 7 days a week, plus live chat. Every charge guide is listed on what is this charge on my statement. Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Steps for stopping the next charge are on how to cancel a subscription you found on a statement.
