How to stop the next bill

To stop the next monthly bill, the club must receive notice at least 8 days before the next billing date. Billing changes may take up to 7 days. To stop the annual fee, notice must arrive at least 8 days before the annual fee date.
Billing dates are in the member portal at planetfitness.com or on the membership agreement. Policies can vary by location and state. The page does not print a card descriptor. The name on the statement usually includes Planet Fitness or the club. Match the date and the amount to the portal before you call the charge a mistake.

If you do not recognize the charge
Log in to the member portal and compare the billing date and the amount with the statement. If the club billed after you gave notice inside the 8 day rule, take the notice date and the statement line to the home club.
