What a SiriusXM charge means on your statement

A SiriusXM line is a subscription billed by SiriusXM or by the store or phone company that sold it. The cancel steps depend on who bills you. The manage page does not print a plan price, so this guide does not invent one.

See who bills you

Opened 17 October 2026. SiriusXM's manage or cancel page says the steps depend on the provider, and that you can check the bank or card statement if you do not know who bills you. A direct-billed subscription was bought from SiriusXM by phone, on siriusxm.com, or by mail.

For a direct-billed plan, SiriusXM says to open the Online Account Center. To cancel: the Subscriptions tab, chat, or call 866-635-8641. The page points to Contact Us for call center hours. The pay bill page says a balance due shows under Dashboard and Billing when you bought the service directly from SiriusXM. The page does not print a statement descriptor. The name usually includes SiriusXM. Match the date and the amount in the account that bills you.

Apple, Google Play, and Roku

If you bought SiriusXM in the iOS app, Apple bills you. Cancel with Apple. Once cancelled, the subscription stops at the end of the current billing cycle. If you do not cancel more than 24 hours before the renewal date, it might renew. Deleting the SiriusXM app does not cancel. Upgrading from Streaming Music and Entertainment to Streaming Platinum in the SiriusXM app takes effect immediately, and Apple credits the time left.

Android, including Android TV, is billed by Google Play. Cancel on Google Play. The same 24 hour note applies, and uninstalling the app does not cancel. A downgrade from Platinum means cancel Platinum, keep streaming until that cycle ends, then buy the other plan. Roku is billed by Roku. You cannot cancel inside the SiriusXM app. Go to my.roku.com, sign in, manage your subscriptions, and cancel. An upgrade starts right away. A downgrade starts when the current cycle ends.

T-Mobile, and a charge you do not recognize

If T-Mobile bills you, cancel with T-Mobile. On the website: Manage add-ons, choose the phone number, deselect SiriusXM, then agree and submit. In the T-Mobile app: Account, Manage Data and Add-ons, deselect SiriusXM, then submit the review page. T-Mobile help on that page is 611 from the handset or 1-800-937-8997. If SiriusXM bills you directly, including some T-Mobile and former Sprint customers, use the Online Account Center, chat, or 1-888-635-8641.

SiriusXM Podcasts+ bought through Apple Podcasts is cancelled in Apple account settings. Unfollowing a podcast does not cancel. The manage page does not print a plan price or a cancellation fee, so this guide does not invent either one. Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Steps for stopping the next charge are on how to cancel a subscription you found on a statement.
