How to download your Apple Card statement

On iPhone, iPad, and the web

Apple's Apple Card statement article says that on an iPhone you open the Wallet app, tap Apple Card, tap Card Balance, select the month, and tap Download PDF Statement. You can then share the file. On an iPad, the same article says you open Settings, tap Wallet & Apple Pay, tap Apple Card, and then follow the same Card Balance and month steps. The web path is card.apple.com. Sign in with your Apple Account, choose Statements in the sidebar, and use the download button.

Apple's web guide for Apple Card repeats that Statements on card.apple.com is where the PDF lives. Save the file somewhere you control before you upload it anywhere. Expenvo reads the PDF on your device. It does not sign in to Apple, and it does not fetch the statement for you. A charge that says apple.com/bill is a media or App Store purchase, which is a different bill from the Apple Card monthly statement. That descriptor is on what apple.com/bill means.

The support page says Apple Card is available in the United States. Credit approval is required. The issuer is Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Salt Lake City Branch. Apple Payments Services LLC is a service provider, not a bank. If you are in a US territory and the article's phone applies, Apple prints 877-255-5923 for those questions. Apple Card Family and older months

If you use Apple Card Family, the owner and the co-owner see shared statements starting the month Family is set up. Months from before that stay individual statements. A participant who is not an owner does not get the same shared PDF. Download the month you need from the Apple Account that actually receives that statement. A missing month is often the wrong role, not a broken download button.

The statement PDF is the monthly record. Wallet also shows recent transactions for cards you use with Apple Pay, and Apple says the card issuer's record is the accurate one when a pending amount and a final amount differ. That Wallet list is not a substitute for the PDF. How an Apple Pay purchase is labeled, which is often the store and not the words Apple Pay, is on Apple Pay and Google Pay lines.

There is no click path in this guide for ordering a paper copy, because the support page that was opened does not print a paper fee or a mail form. If you need a month that is not in the list, use the phone number on your statement or the support article rather than a third party site. What to do with the PDF

Open the PDF and check the statement period, the previous balance, payments, purchases, and any interest or fees. A purchase from a store should show the merchant. A payment you sent to Apple Card reduces the balance and is not a new charge. Interest, if it appears, is the issuer's charge for carrying a balance. Keep more than one month if you are looking for a yearly renewal. One PDF can miss a charge that posts in the next cycle. You can upload the file on Expenvo from the home page. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo does not see your Apple Account password, and it does not pay the card.
