How to download your Barclays US statement
Barclays US Consumer Bank is the savings, CD, and card business in the United States, not Barclays in the United Kingdom. The public pages opened 17 October 2026 tell you to sign in and they name a video for statements in the app. They do not print a menu by menu click path, and they do not print a paper statement price. This guide does not invent either one.

What the public pages actually say
The Barclays US help center lists how to videos, including View statements in the mobile app and Enroll in Paperless statements. Those are titles. The page does not transcribe the taps inside the video. The contact page says you can register or log in, or use the Barclays US app, to do a list of jobs that includes checking transactions and enrolling in paperless statements. It still does not name a Statements button. If you are already signed in, look for statements after you open the account. If you cannot find them, call the number for that product instead of following a click path from a third party article.
A Barclays paperless email, on the bank's own email page, says paper statements stop within one to two billing cycles after you enroll. You get a courtesy email confirming enrollment, and you are notified monthly when the statement is available to view online. If you want a payment due reminder, the same email points you to a Payment Due alert by email or text. If your email changes, update it so the monthly notice still arrives. None of that text prints a dollar for paper, so a $0.50 or any other paper fee is not quoted here.
The contact page prints 888-710-8756 for Barclays Online Savings or CD accounts. Select Savings from Barclays and Select CDs from Barclays use 877-852-1058. Credit cards on the same page have their own numbers, product by product, and a general inquiries number of 877-523-0478. Use the savings number for a savings or CD statement. Use the number on the card for a card statement. The help center's opening line says contact is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The savings line itself does not print a separate set of hours on the contact page, so this guide does not add one.
Savings, CDs, and cards are different statements
Online Savings and a certificate of deposit produce a bank statement or a CD notice. A Barclays credit card produces a card statement with a payment due date. The contact page mixes both families on one screen and then splits the phone numbers. Downloading the wrong kind of PDF will not show the account you wanted. The app store listing and the text prompt on the contact page say you can text the word MOBILE to 60956 for the app link. Message and data rates may apply. That text gets the app. It does not itself download a statement.
Paperless enrollment is not the same as a one time download. After you enroll, the email says you wait through one to two billing cycles for paper to stop, and you rely on the monthly email to know the online file is ready. Until that email arrives, the previous cycle may still be the last file you can open. Save the PDF when you download it. Barclays does not send the file to Expenvo. You upload it yourself if you want a local reading of the fees and the deposits.
CD terms opened the same day describe interest, maturity, and withdrawals. They are not a statement download guide, so this page does not pull fees out of the CD agreement and call them statement fees. A monthly maintenance fee, if a savings account ever shows one, is a service charge. Barclays markets online savings with no monthly maintenance fee on its marketing pages. If the file is not there
Sign in on the site or in the app first. A public help page cannot show your statements. If the month is missing, check whether you are in the card account or the savings account. Then check the email address on the paperless notice. A statement that was generated before you enrolled in paperless may have been mailed, and the email page does not promise that old paper months appear as PDFs.
Call 888-710-8756 for Online Savings or a CD, or the card number printed on your statement for a card. Have the account and the month ready. Asking for a copy is a request to the bank. This site cannot place that call. When you have the PDF, you can read fee lines locally. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo does not store the Barclays password and does not move the deposits.
