How to download a Chime statement PDF
Chime's help page says you can view and download monthly statements in the app or at chime.com. Chime does not mail paper statements. You save the file yourself. Expenvo does not sign in to Chime. The PDF stays on your device.

In the Chime app: tap Profile, then Documents, then Account statements. Select the account and the month. To export the statement, tap the export icon at the top right.
On chime.com: click Log In, then Profile, then Documents. Under Account Statements, select the account and the month, then select a statement to download. Chime says you get an email when the monthly statement is available.
Statements are generated monthly for Checking and Savings, and by billing cycle for Credit Builder. Chime does not provide physical statements. If you need paper, download the statement and print it yourself.
Ending balance, and if you cannot sign in
Chime says the statement can have a separate section for each account, such as Checking, Savings, or Credit Builder. Each section has its own ending balance. A section can show a $0 ending balance even when money is available. To see the total for the month, read every section. Chime names the sections Checking Account Statement, Savings Account Statement, Chime Card Secured Account Billing Statement, and Credit Builder Secured Account Billing Statement.
If you cannot open the app or chime.com, Chime's locked out page says you cannot download the statements yourself. Call (844) 244-6363. That page says Member Services is available 24 hours a day.

Questions
- Does Expenvo sign in and download the PDF?
- No. You download the PDF from the bank or the company. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo does not ask for the password.
- Does Chime mail a paper statement?
- No. Chime says it does not provide physical statements. Download the file and print it if you need paper.
- Why does one section show a $0 ending balance?
- Chime says a section can show $0 even when money is available in another section. Add the sections yourself if you need the month's total. The statement prints each section's own ending balance.
