How to download a KeyBank statement PDF

Turn on paperless statements in Doc Hub
Opened 17 October 2026. These steps are from KeyBank's online statements page. Sign on to or enroll in online banking. At the top right of the screen, click Doc Hub. Click Paperless Preferences on the left under Settings. Choose one account or All Accounts from the drop down, change the Preferences toggle to Paperless, and click Save at the bottom right.
That page says online bank statements are electronic versions of paper statements, available at no cost. A footnote says normal account service charges still apply. The page also says going paperless lets you avoid a monthly applicable paper statement fee. It does not print the dollar amount of that paper fee, so this guide does not invent one. Check the fee schedule for your account if a paper line appears.
How long the files stay, and what to do if one is missing
The same page says you can review up to seven years of account statements, including checking, savings, loans and lines of credit, trust, and credit card statements, plus documents such as tax forms. Look for a monthly email when the latest statement is ready. The benefits list says you can download your statements. It does not print a second menu such as Statements, then Download. After Doc Hub is open, use the statement list on the screen.
KeyBank's online banking FAQ answers a missing current statement this way. Sign on. Install Adobe Acrobat if it is not there. When opening in Adobe Acrobat Reader, open the document with Protected Mode disabled. The statement opens in a new browser, so check whether that window is behind the online banking window. What the PDF is for
Save the statement PDF, not a screen of pending activity. The same FAQ says some merchants, such as restaurants, hotels, or car rentals, may authorize a higher amount than you signed for, and that hold can last until the final transaction posts, typically 2 to 3 days. A pending line is not the same as a posted line on the PDF. Credit card information in online banking includes online credit card statements, which is a different file from a checking statement.
