In the KOHO app
Opened 16 October 2026. These points are from KOHO's statement page, which KOHO marks as last updated on 25 April 2026.
KOHO says you download the statement in the app. Monthly statements are usually available by the fifth day of the following month. If there are no unsettled transactions, the statement may appear on the first of the month.
Go to the profile icon in the top left, then Monthly statements. Pick the month. KOHO then asks you to choose CSV or PDF. Save the PDF. A CSV is a spreadsheet of transactions, not the statement file this site reads.
What is on the statement
KOHO says statements are only for completed months. Support cannot issue a mid-month statement. Only settled transactions show. Pending charges and expired authorizations do not appear.
A KOHO statement in Canadian dollars stays in C$. How to read a statement PDF covers one file per period. How fees show on a Canadian statement is the page for a fee line that is printed.
