How to download a PC Financial statement PDF

Opened 17 October 2026. PC Financial's statement FAQ says you can register to view statements online through the mobile app or digital banking. If you choose electronic statements instead of paper, you receive them in the online account on the statement date. The steps, labeled Desktop/Mobile, are: sign into your online account, click Accounts & Cards, click Accounts and select the account, then click E-statements.

The e-statements page says to sign up for an online account or download the PC Financial mobile app and enrol. It says e-statements are stored in one place, that you get an email reminder when one is ready, and that you have access to 24 months of statements you can download and print. Step labels on that page include Click on Accounts & Cards, select the PC Mastercard under Accounts, Click on Cards, and Click E-statements. If the screen shows one of those labels and not another, follow the label you see.

24 months on one page, 7 years on another

The e-statements page says 24 months you can download and print. The electronic delivery terms say you can view a communication provided through the link for up to 7 years from its date, after which it is deleted. The same terms say a paper copy of a communication from the past 7 years is available on request, subject to any applicable fee. They do not print that fee in dollars. Communications may be presented as PDF files, and you need software that can open them. You can print or save a file while it is still available.

Those two pages were both open on 17 October 2026 and they do not use the same number of months. Use the file that is actually in the account. If a statement you expected is missing, ask PC Financial which of the two clocks applies to that product. Do not treat the missing dollar on the paper copy fee as $0.

The file to upload

President's Choice Financial Mastercard is provided by President's Choice Bank, which the e-statements page states. Save the PDF for one statement period. A Canadian dollar statement stays in C$.
