Logix overdraft fee
Logix Federal Credit Union's schedule of service charges, dated January 7, 2025, prints no Courtesy Pay fee when the overdraft is $5.00 or less, then $0, $10.00, or $30.00 by the size of the item. A consumer account is capped at five overdraft fees a day, up to $150.00. Patelco, also in California, prints $14.00 on Patelco account fees. The wider table is US overdraft fees by bank.

What the January 2025 schedule prints
Opened 22 October 2026. The dollars are on Logix's schedule of service charges and fees, which prints January 7, 2025. The same tiers are on the overdraft notice, form POD304-8(09/24). No Courtesy Pay fee is charged if the available balance overdraft is $5.00 or less. If the overdraft is more than $5.00, an item of $5.00 or less is no charge, an item from $5.01 to $15.00 is $10.00, and an item over $15.00 is $30.00. A consumer account can be charged five overdraft fees a day, up to $150.00. A business account can be charged ten, up to $300.00. Everyday debit card and ATM Courtesy Pay needs an opt-in. The phone on the notice is 800-328-5328. An NSF fee when Logix returns a member-account item is $30.00 on the first presentment, and the schedule says the fee is not charged on a representment. An overdraft protection transfer is $4.00, once a day for checks and once a day for ACH, and per transaction for a debit card purchase or an ATM withdrawal. A Logix-assisted stop payment on a member check is $20.00. A non-Logix ATM withdrawal, transfer, or inquiry is $1.95, plus any surcharge the machine owner adds.
Not opting in avoids Courtesy Pay on everyday debit card and ATM transactions. Logix can then decline those. Checks and automatic bill payments can still meet the Courtesy Pay tiers. A returned item is the $30.00 NSF row, not the paid Courtesy Pay row. Asking Logix to remove a fee already charged is a request. Logix can say no.
