Capital One charges no ATM network fee
By Karla CastroUpdated October 31, 2026
Capital One's 360 Checking page says Capital One does not charge additional fees for out-of-network ATM use. The owner of that ATM may still charge. Fee-free cash is at Capital One, MoneyPass, and Allpoint ATMs.
What the page prints
Opened 31 October 2026. The page says fee-free ATM networks are Allpoint, MoneyPass, and Capital One branded ATMs. The ATM count was last updated Sept. 18, 2026. It says fee-free ATM access is limited to consumer and business checking accounts. It then says Capital One does not charge additional fees for out-of-network ATM use, and the out-of-network ATM owner may.
If a fee shows on the statement, it is not a Capital One out-of-network fee under that sentence. It can be the other ATM owner's surcharge. All Capital One ATMs, including Cafe ATMs, have a fee for a person who is not a Capital One customer. That sentence is about someone else's card, not your 360 Checking withdrawal.
How to avoid a surcharge
Use a Capital One, MoneyPass, or Allpoint ATM if you want the network the page calls fee-free. At any other machine, Capital One's own extra fee is not charged, and the owner may still charge before the cash comes out.
Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank, and it does not move the money.
