Out-of-network ATM fees by US bank

Your bank can charge a fee for using a machine it does not own, and the owner of that machine can charge another fee. This page is the dollar each bank prints for its own fee. The rules for those two charges, without a bank-by-bank table, are on a different page. Match the account name. A different account at the same bank can cost a different amount.

Banks not in this table

Truist One Checking's page did not print an out-of-network dollar on 16 October 2026. Huntington's checking page returned an error. Regions is not here because the LifeGreen fee PDF did not open. This page does not fill those rows from memory.

A stop payment is a different fee. Those dollars are in stop payment fees in the US and Canada. How fees show on a US statement is where an ATM line sits next to a monthly fee.

Questions

Is the number in the table the only fee on the withdrawal?
No. It is the fee that bank prints for itself. The owner of the machine can add a surcharge. Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, and Citizens say that on the pages used here.
Does every account at the bank pay the same ATM fee?
No. Citi's everyday tiers print $2.50 and the higher relationship tiers print no non-Citi ATM fee. PNC Performance Select prints no charge where other accounts print $3.00 or $5.00. TD Beyond Checking can waive the non-TD fee.
Why are Truist, Huntington, and Regions missing?
The Truist page opened on 16 October 2026 did not print an out-of-network dollar. Huntington's page returned an error. The Regions LifeGreen fee PDF did not open. This table does not guess.
