What an Apple One charge means

Apple One is one monthly bill for several Apple subscriptions. It is not a separate charge for every app in the bundle. Apple's US page prints three prices. Apple's support page lists what each plan includes. The charge on a card often sits inside an Apple bill. Cancel in Apple account settings, at least a day before the renewal.

The three US prices

Opened 19 October 2026. Apple's Apple One page says Apple One is a monthly subscription with no long term commitment. The Individual plan is $21.95 a month. The Family plan is $27.95 a month. The Premier plan is $39.95 a month. You can cancel at least a day before the monthly renewal date, and you keep access until the end of the billing cycle you paid for. These are the prices on the US page. A price in Canada can be different. Open the Apple page for your country before you treat a Canadian amount as the same number. Apple can change the price.

Apple's subscribe support page, published October 8, 2026, lists what is included, and says availability varies by country. Individual includes Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and iCloud+ with 50GB. On that plan, Apple Music cannot be shared with Family Sharing. You can share Apple TV, iCloud+, and Apple Arcade. Family includes Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and iCloud+ with 200GB, shared with up to five other people. Premier adds Apple News+ and Apple Fitness+ where those services are included in your region, plus iCloud+ with 2TB, also shared with up to five other people. A storage plan you buy on its own is what an iCloud+ charge means. Apple TV on its own is what an Apple TV charge means.

One Apple bill, and a trial that is not every service

The card line is often Apple's bill, explained on what an apple.com/bill charge means. Apple One does not have to print the words Apple One on the bank line. Open Settings, or System Settings, and look at subscriptions for the Apple Account that paid. Match the amount to $21.95, $27.95, or $39.95 only if the account is billed in US dollars. A tax line can make the card amount higher than the plan price.

The support page says the trial is one month, and only for services you do not already have. Services you already pay for are not part of that trial. After the trial, those services are included and the plan renews unless you cancel. If you switch from separate subscriptions, Apple says you will not lose playlists or other customized content. Existing subscriptions that are included, except iCloud+, are canceled when you are billed for Apple One, and Apple says you get a prorated refund for those individual services except iCloud+. If your current iCloud+ plan has more storage than the Apple One plan, Apple says you are charged separately and the storage is combined.

How to stop the next charge

On an iPhone or iPad, the support page says to open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then Apple One. On a Mac, open System Settings, click your name, click Media and Purchases, then Manage next to Subscriptions. Cancel at least a day before the renewal. You keep the plan through the period you already paid. If you cancel, Apple's marketing page says you can pick individual subscriptions to keep, and those are billed on their own. How to cancel a subscription is the general checklist. This is not a bank fee.
