What a Calm or Headspace charge means

A Calm or Headspace line is a meditation or mental health subscription. It renews until you cancel it where you paid. The website, Apple, and Google are different doors. Neither cancel page opened on 17 October 2026 prints a plan price or one required card code. If the line says the app name, start there. If it says Apple or Google, start in that store.

Calm

Calm's cancel article, updated 13 November 2025, says you can cancel Premium or a free trial at any time, and you keep Premium until the end of the current billing or trial period. On Calm.com: log in in a browser, click the profile icon, open Settings, then Manage Subscription, then Cancel Subscription. Apple: iPhone or iPad Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Calm, Cancel Subscription. Google Play: profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Calm, Cancel Subscription. Calm says you do not need to contact support to cancel. The original purchase platform is the only door.

Calm's terms say a recurring subscription continues and renews until you cancel. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. The website cancel link in the terms is the manage subscription page. A family plan can be canceled only by the primary account holder. If you cancel, Calm says you are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid, and you keep access until the end of the period. Calm's billing article says monthly and annual plans renew unless you cancel. A lifetime membership is a one-time payment and does not renew. The articles do not print a dollar.

Headspace

Headspace's cancel article says the steps depend on where you subscribed. On the website, from a desktop or mobile browser and not the mobile app, log in at headspace.com, open the subscription manage page, and use Cancel membership. If the button is missing, email [email protected]. Apple: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Headspace, Cancel Subscription, which stops auto-renewal at the end of the billing cycle. Google Play: menu, Subscriptions, the Headspace subscription, Cancel subscription.

Headspace says subscriptions bought directly on Headspace.com are non-refundable, and that support can review a special case at [email protected]. A mental health coaching subscription has its own article. A free subscription from an organization expires on its own date, and Headspace says you do not need to cancel it. The article does not print a price.

Deleting the app is not listed as the cancel step on either page. Use how to cancel a subscription if the line is the app store rather than the brand name.

Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo groups the same merchant when a similar amount shows up again about a week, a month, or a year apart, and it lists a line that already says membership or subscription. You can also mark a name yourself. It does not cancel the plan, and it does not count the charge as savings. One month can miss a yearly renewal. The longer checklist is find subscriptions from a statement.
