What a Peacock charge means on your statement

A Peacock line is a Peacock plan or add-on when Peacock bills you, or a charge from the store or TV provider that bills you instead. The help articles opened on 16 October 2026 do not print a plan price or the exact letters on a card statement. Sign in and read the payment method.

Why the line looks like that

Peacock says you can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), debit card, PayPal, or an in-app purchase on a supported device. The articles do not print a sample statement line. The name on the help pages is Peacock.

After you sign in, the cancellation article says the Payment Method section under the Subscriptions tab shows how you are billed. A separate article says the Plans and Payment tab, under Your Plan, shows the payment method, including when a third party such as Apple is paying.

Plans and add-ons

The cancellation article names a base plan as Select, Premium, or Premium Plus, and add-ons such as a Regional Sports Network or Starz. You need a base plan to have an add-on. These pages do not print a dollar amount for any of those plans.

If you cancel Premium or Premium Plus, Peacock says you still have Premium content until the end of the billing cycle. After that, a limited amount of content is free, and you can upgrade again in the account. The same article says a third party such as Apple, Google, or Roku can have different cancellation terms.

How to cancel

If Peacock bills you, sign in, choose Cancel All Subscriptions, and confirm. That cancels the base plan and the add-ons. You see a confirmation on screen and an email, which may take a few hours. The plan does not renew at the end of the current term. To drop only an add-on, open it on the Subscriptions tab and choose Remove Add-On. Peacock says no refunds or credits will be issued, unless the law requires it, for prior payments when you cancel or downgrade Premium or Premium Plus.

If you do not see Cancel All Subscriptions, Peacock says a third party may bill you. It names Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, DIRECTV, Spectrum, Verizon, Xfinity, and Xumo, among others, and says Peacock cannot cancel those plans. If a new signup is blocked by an old plan, cancel the old one and wait until it fully lapses. Upload the statement to Expenvo and it lists every subscription it finds. Expenvo does not cancel Peacock for you. Steps for stopping the next charge are on how to cancel a subscription you found on a statement.

Questions
