Names Xsolla says you may see

Xsolla's page 'I see unknown charges for Xsolla', opened 17 October 2026, prints examples of statement text: Xsolla_Roblox, Xsolla*EFT, SURAWAY Ltd, Xsolla Inc., Xsolla_MTG ARENA INTERNET, Xsolla *civilization, and others. There is no single required code. The word Xsolla, an underscore, or a star can sit in front of a game or a company name. Match the game name to a purchase history inside that game, not only to the word Xsolla.

The same page's checklist, before you contact support, is practical. Ask whether family or friends with access to the payment account made a purchase. A pending charge can still be credited back if the payment system cancels it. A small pending amount can be a card check or a saved card. Active game subscriptions, and recent in game purchases, are the other two checks. Xsolla asks you to compare in game purchase history with the charges. If you still do not recognize it, contact Xsolla with the date, the amount, and the payment account. Chat is available from an Xsolla Wallet account. The small verification debit

Xsolla's card verification page says the system temporarily debits less than $2.00 USD, released back within 12 hours. You can see it under pending or held transactions, or in a text from your bank. If several debits under $2.00 USD appear, the page says to enter the most recent amount on the verification form, pick the currency, and verify. The hold amount is only valid for 3 hours. If it does not appear, the page says there can be a delay from the bank, and it suggests another card or asking the bank how much the hold is.

Those dollar and time limits are Xsolla's card verification rules. Do not apply the $2.00 USD figure, the 12 hours, or the 3 hours to a different company. A general explanation of holds that are not final purchases is on temp authorization hold. A hold and a posted game purchase can both mention Xsolla. The posted purchase is the one that stays. The verification debit is the one the page says is released.

Subscriptions versus one game item

Xsolla's unknown charge page tells you to check active subscriptions for games or game related services, including ones a family member set up. A subscription repeats. A one time item does not. Xsolla does not print one national game price on the pages opened here, so the amount on your statement is the amount to match, not a price from this guide.

If the line is a purchase you made, you do not need a bank fee refund. If it is not yours, use Xsolla's support path with the date, the amount, and the account, and keep the statement PDF. Dispute a charge in the US and dispute a charge in Canada are the card steps if the merchant cannot explain the line.

Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo groups the same merchant when a similar amount shows up again about a week, a month, or a year apart, and it lists a line that already says membership or subscription.
