How to download a Chase statement PDF
Chase's paperless banking page says where Statements and documents lives, and which icon opens or saves a statement. You download the PDF yourself. Expenvo does not sign in to Chase.

These steps are from Chase's paperless statements page.
Sign in. Open the main menu and choose Statements and documents. Choose the year and the account. Select the Open or Save icon beside the statement. A second path on the same page is Profile and settings, then Statements and documents, then Statements, then the account, the year, and the statement, which Chase says opens as a PDF.
The page also explains how to turn on paperless delivery. That setting is separate from downloading a statement that is already there. How to read a statement PDF covers the file after you save it. Keep a US dollar statement in USD.
Questions
- Does Expenvo sign in to the bank and download the PDF for me?
- No. You download the PDF from the bank or card site. Expenvo reads that file on your device. It does not ask for the bank password.
- Can I upload a photo of the statement instead?
- A photo is harder to read. Use the PDF the bank creates, with text you can select. If the file asks for a password, download a copy that does not. Expenvo cannot open a locked PDF.
- What if the menu names do not match this page?
- Banks move buttons. Follow the official help page linked below. This guide is a reading of that page, not a second set of rules.
