How to download a Desjardins statement PDF
Desjardins says an online account statement can be downloaded in a web browser, and viewed in the app. You save the PDF yourself. Expenvo does not sign in to Desjardins, and the file stays on your device.

Everyday account
These steps are from Desjardins's documents and statements page. You have to register for online statements before the documents appear. In the app: log in, select More at the lower right, then Statements and documents, then Sign up, accept the consent, and confirm. In a browser: log in to AccèsD, select Statements and documents, then Accounts, investments and tax information slips, then Register, accept the consent, and confirm. The first statement is available the following month.
After you are registered, the browser download is: log in to AccèsD, go to Accounts, select the everyday account, select the Statements tab, choose the statement, and select Download. Desjardins says this print path is not in the mobile app. In the app you can still view it: log in, select See all under Accounts, select the everyday account, select Statements, and choose the month. The online account statement is available on the first day of the month and can be retrieved for 7 years.
Credit card
Desjardins's credit card statement page is a separate set of steps, and it also requires the online statements signup.
In the app: log in, select See all, then the credit card under Cards, loans and credit, then Statements, then View latest statement, then View statement. In a browser: log in to AccèsD, select the credit card, select the Statements tab, select View all statements, then View statement.
A Canadian dollar statement stays in C$. A tax slip is not the monthly statement. After you upload the PDF, Expenvo lists the charges, the bank fees, and the subscriptions on your device. The number on the credit card page is 1-800-224-7737. Use the number on your statement if it disagrees.
Questions
- Does Expenvo sign in to the bank and download the PDF for me?
- No. You download the PDF from the bank or card site. Expenvo reads that file on your device. It does not ask for the bank password.
- Can I upload a photo of the statement instead?
- A photo is harder to read. Use the PDF the bank creates, with text you can select. If the file asks for a password, download a copy that does not. Expenvo cannot open a locked PDF.
- What if the menu names do not match this page?
- Banks move buttons. Follow the official help page linked below. This guide is a reading of that page, not a second set of rules.
