Where the statements are
Opened 16 October 2026. These points are from Navy Federal's paperless statements page.
Sign in. In the mobile app, select More, then Account and Tax Statements. In online banking, select Statements. That is the menu Navy Federal names. The page says up to 36 months of statements are saved and available to view or print. It does not name a separate download icon, so use the save or print control the statement screen shows. If that screen does not offer a file, call the number on the page, 1-888-842-6328.
You do not have to turn off paper for every account. Navy Federal says you can choose which account statements to view digitally. To enroll: open the same Statements area, choose Paperless Delivery Preferences, and save.
What this page does not quote
An older Navy Federal credit card consent PDF on the site prints a copy fee. That file is marked 2019. This page does not treat a 2019 form as the current fee, so it does not quote a dollar for a mailed copy.
A Navy Federal statement in US dollars stays in USD. How to read a statement PDF covers one file per period. US bank fees on a statement is the page for a fee line that is printed.
