How to download a PenFed statement
PenFed Credit Union keeps statements inside PenFed Online. The help page prints a short path: open the account, choose More, then View Statement. Turn on paperless delivery if you want the file online. The pages opened do not print a dollar to view a statement, and they do not print how long the PDF stays up. Save a copy.

Open the statement
Opened 19 October 2026. PenFed's digital banking page answers "How do I view my statements?" with one path: click the More button from your account, then View Statement. The same page says you can use PenFed Online on a desktop, a phone, or a tablet. Account details such as the routing number, the account number, owners, and beneficiaries are a different click: open the account, then View Account Information. That screen is not the statement. A list of recent transactions is not the statement either.
Sign in from the PenFed site. If the More menu uses a different label on your screen, use the label that leads to statements, and do not follow a link from an email you did not expect. PenFed does not ask you to upload the PDF to a third party in order to read it. Expenvo reads a file you already downloaded, on your device.
Paperless delivery
PenFed's FAQ says you confirm or change e statement options after you sign in. Select the Go Paperless tab. You can opt in for all e messages, or pick Consolidated Account Statements, Credit Card Bills/Statements, other PenFed communications, or IRS tax statements. A credit card bill and a deposit account statement can be separate choices. Turn on the one that matches the account you need.
The same FAQ says the member number is in the upper right of the first page of a consolidated statement, and also in a new membership welcome packet. Use that when a form asks for the member number. The digital banking page and the FAQ do not print a fee to view or download a statement, and they do not print how many months stay online. This guide does not invent either number. If a statement you need is missing, ask PenFed whether a copy fee applies before you order one. Statement copy fees at other banks, when those banks print them, are on statement copy and research fees.
Save the PDF
When the statement opens, use the browser or the PDF control to save the file. A screenshot of the transaction list leaves out notices and the summary box. Keep the file with the month in the name so you can tell one period from the next. PenFed is a credit union. The download is not the same as Navy Federal, USAA, or Frost Bank.
If you cannot sign in, the FAQ says to choose set up your online account or get help signing in from the login page, then follow the on screen steps for a username or a password reset. Use the phone number PenFed prints on the statement or in the app if the reset does not work. Do not send the PDF to a number from a text you did not request.
Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank or the card company, and it does not cancel a card or a purchase.
