How to download a USAA statement PDF
USAA's document pages say you can download statements and other documents, and how to turn on paperless delivery. You save the file yourself. Expenvo does not sign in to USAA. The PDF stays on your device.

Download from My Documents
Opened 16 October 2026. USAA's documents page says you can view checking and savings documents online, and that you can download them to save or print. USAA notifies you by an electronic method, depending on your preferences and the law, when a document is ready.
USAA's documents FAQ says to select download to save a document to your computer. To print or download, open the Menu icon after you are viewing the document. Documents are sorted by delivery date. To see documents past 18 months, click Filter and extend the delivery date range.
The FAQ says how long a document stays available varies. Save or print the ones you need. If a document has expired, USAA says it may be able to retrieve it, and there may be a fee. The page does not print the dollar. The number on that answer is 877-632-3002.
Paperless, and other formats
From My Documents, select Manage Paperless, then turn on Paperless for all documents if you want every document online. Turn that control off if you want paper for all documents. A video on USAA's site also shows a path through your initials, My Documents, and Document Preferences. Use the names on the screen you have.

- No. You download the PDF from the bank or the company. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo does not ask for the password.
