How to download a Frost Bank statement
A Frost statement is a PDF you open after you sign in. Frost's agreement says the bank emails you when an electronic statement is ready, and keeps it online for at least 90 days. A desktop page and the business banking pages describe a longer history. This guide does not invent a dollar for a paper copy.

What the agreement says
Opened 19 October 2026. Frost's online banking agreement says online statement delivery is optional. If you choose it, you get an email at your primary email address when the statement is ready, instead of a paper statement. You open the statement by signing in to online banking and using the links there. Frost says it keeps each electronic statement available for at least 90 days from the day it is first available. The agreement also says you need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open PDF documents in online banking.
An online statement is the same information as the paper statement, with the check image rules in that agreement. If you used to get check images, the images are in the online statement. If you used to get the cancelled checks themselves, you get images instead, and the paper checks stop. If you never got images or cancelled checks, the online statement does not add images. Switching delivery takes effect within two statement cycles. Frost says it will not charge a fee to cancel online delivery. It also says certain statement fees may still apply under the current bank schedule. This page does not invent that dollar. Ask Frost or read the schedule in your account.
Older statements
The 90 days in the agreement is the minimum Frost promises to leave each new electronic statement online. Frost's desktop and tablet banking page says you can view, print, and save official account and tax statements for the current year and the prior seven years. If the agreement and that page seem to disagree, ask Frost which window applies to your account. Save the PDF when you open it. Do not assume a statement from eight years ago is still one click away.
Business accounts use a different site. Frost's Frost Connect page says you can view up to 7 years of account statements and 18 months of check images. That is the business login, not a personal My Frost login. Use the site that matches the account.
After you have the PDF
Save one statement per file. A Frost monthly fee, a paper statement fee, or a transfer fee will be a line on that PDF, not a guess from this page. Other US banks are listed from US bank fees. The steps for a nearby large bank are on how to download a Wells Fargo statement. The agreement prints (877) 714-4932 for Internet Banking Specialists when you need to cancel a future dated transfer, and a mailing address of P.O. Box 1600, San Antonio, TX 78296. Use the number on your statement if it prints one.
Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank or the card company, and it does not cancel a card or a purchase.
