How to download a Wells Fargo statement PDF

Wells Fargo's statement FAQ says how to open a statement and save it as a PDF. You do that in your own login. Expenvo does not sign in to Wells Fargo, and the file stays on your device.

Where the statement is

These steps are from Wells Fargo's online statements FAQ.

Sign on and open the statement. Wells Fargo says you can select only one statement at a time. The browser may download the file. If you do not see it, check the downloads folder. To keep a copy, save the file with a .pdf name, for example CheckingMarch2019.pdf. The FAQ uses that name as an example. There is no charge to receive statements online.

The Account Activity screen is not the statement. Wells Fargo says activity shows recent and pending transactions for the past 60 to 90 days. The statement is one cycle and does not include pending transactions. Upload the statement PDF.

How long they stay online

The same FAQ says Wells Fargo keeps statement copies for up to seven years for most checking accounts. It also says online statements are available for up to 12 months for auto loans, up to 2 years for credit cards and some lines of credit, and up to 7 years for deposit accounts.
