How to download a Rogers Bank statement PDF

Turn paper off, then open the statement list
Opened 17 October 2026. Rogers Bank's switch to e-statements page says the online account has the information a paper statement provides, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It lists convenient access to online statements from the previous 24 months, and an email reminder when a statement is available after you register for the app or online banking.
In the Rogers Bank app, that page says: sign in, tap More, tap Profile, tap Statement Preference, tap the toggle to turn off paper statements, then tap Update. You can only turn paper statements back on through the website. Online: sign in, click My profile, and under Your statement preference click the toggle. If your screen says Edit Profile instead of Profile, follow the words on the screen. The page does not print a further path such as Statements, then Download.
How long they stay, and how to ask for an older one
The Mastercard application terms say that after you register for online banking, statements are delivered there, and you get an email when a statement is available. You are responsible for keeping a copy. They are available in online banking for up to 24 months. Older statements can be requested by contacting Rogers Bank. You can change to mailed statements in online banking or by calling 1-855-775-2265.
Rogers Bank's notice about the digital services terms also lists 1-855-775-2265, and collect at 1-705-522-7412 if you are outside Canada and the United States. That notice is about the terms, not a second retention number. The application terms and the e-statement page both say 24 months. Neither page prints a dollar for a paper copy. If a fee applies, it will be in the card agreement or on the statement. Do not assume it is $0.
