Rogers Bank fees

What the help centre prints
Opened 21 October 2026. The Rogers Bank card details help page prints an over-limit fee of $29, once per statement period. It does not charge that fee to Quebec residents. A cash advance is $5.00 inside or outside Canada. A cash-like transaction is also $5.00. The page lists money orders, wires, travellers cheques, and gaming as cash-like. A statement reprint or a transaction reprint is $5.00. Quebec residents are not charged the transaction reprint fee. An emergency replacement card has no charge, and the page says it takes about two days.
A foreign purchase on that help sentence is the Mastercard rate plus 2.5%. That sentence does not name the Legend card. The phone on the page is 1-855-775-2265.
The line on your own statement is the one that counts. Upload it on the upload page. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not call the institution.

Legend is a different card
The product switch terms, marked subject to change April 2026, print an annual fee of $495 for the primary Rogers Red World Legend Mastercard and $95 for each authorized user. The same document says the other Rogers Bank credit cards have no annual fee. It also prints a foreign currency conversion fee of 0% for Legend and 2.5% for every other Rogers Bank card.
An older disclosure summary still prints a $0 annual fee, the $29 over-limit fee, the $5 cash advance, the $5 reprint, and 2.5% on foreign currency. Use the help centre for the fee dollars it still prints, and use the product switch document when the card is Legend. Do not treat the two documents as one rate.
The product switch document also says the standard purchase rate of 20.99% increases to 21.99% on the first day of the period covered by the August 2026 statement, and that cash advances are 22.99%. This page did not open a statement that already shows 21.99%. The rate on your statement is the one that applies.
