Open or download the copy
Opened 17 October 2026. Santander's view statements page says online banking can show up to 25 months of statement copies. Log in to online banking. Click the Statements & Documents link from the navigation menu. Identify the statement you want. Under Action, select either View in PDF/ Text Format or Download. Click Go. The statement opens in a separate window.
To print, the same page says to click the printer icon at the top right of the page and select Print. To read the PDF you need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above. Santander points to Adobe's website for that program. The page does not print a fee for viewing or downloading those 25 months.
What this page does not cover
The view statements page is about copies already in online banking. It does not print a separate path for a statement older than 25 months, and it does not print a paper statement dollar. If you need an older file or a mailed copy, use the number on your statement and the fee schedule for that account. Do not treat silence on this page as a fee of $0. Save the PDF while it is still inside that 25 month list. A copy that has rolled off is not something this page says you can click back into.
A business online banking page is a different product. This guide uses the personal view statements page. If the menu on your screen says Statements, then Statements & Documents, follow the labels you see. Banks rename buttons. The official page linked here is the set of names to compare.
The statement opens in a separate window. If nothing appears, check whether the browser blocked a pop-up, and check whether the PDF window is behind the banking window. The page says you need Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or above to read the PDF. A text format option is listed next to the PDF choice. For a file you can upload, pick the PDF. A text file is a different download and is not the statement layout.
The file to upload
Save the PDF, not a text export, if you want the statement layout. The page offers PDF or text, or Download. For Expenvo, use the PDF. One statement period per file.
A US dollar Santander statement stays in USD. Every download guide is listed on how to download your bank statement. Monthly fees by Santander account are on how to waive the monthly fee at Santander. Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device.
