How to download a Webster Bank statement
Webster Bank keeps personal statements in e-Documents. The personal online page and the May 2023 online banking terms do not describe the same number of months, so both sentences are here. Personal e-Documents
Webster's personal online banking page, opened 19 October 2026, says e-Documents lets you view your current and past 18 months of statements and check images, along with tax documents. The page does not print the clicks after you open e-Documents. Sign in to personal online banking and open e-Documents, then save the PDF for the month you need.
The online banking terms PDF dated May 2023 says Webster Bank is a division of Santander Bank, N.A. Enrolling in E-Statements means you stop receiving statements by mail. You can still request a paper copy, and the bank may charge a fee for it. When a statement is ready, Webster emails the address on file. You have 12 months from that email to view, print, or archive the statement. Other communications have 30 days from the email. The 18 months on the public page and the 12 months from the email are both in Webster's own words. Save the file when the email arrives so you are not depending on the shorter clock.
Paper copies and business statements
Webster's consumer fee schedule, in the May 2023 file set, says statement eDelivery is free. A $2.00 monthly paper statement fee applies to accounts not enrolled in statement eDelivery. That paper fee is waived for account holders age 65 and older or age 18 and younger. The fee schedule can be newer than May 2023. Check the file Webster gives you now before you treat $2.00 as today's price.
Business statements are a different system. Webster's e-Treasury comparison PDF dated 10 July 2023 says to open Statements, choose Statement Type, Date Range, and Account, click Search, then click the chevron to view the statement and download or print it. Those clicks are for e-Treasury business banking. They are not the personal e-Documents steps.
Santander is related, and it is not the same menu
