The monthly service charge
Opened 25 October 2026. Frost does not put these three accounts on one PDF. Each dollar below is on that account's own fee page. More pages are on US bank fees.
The Personal Account fee page is effective 27 June 2024. The monthly service charge is $8. It is $0 when any one of these is true in the statement period: direct deposits, mobile deposits, debit card credits, or Zelle credits totaling $100 or more, a $1,000 minimum daily balance, $5,000 combined average daily balances in personal deposit accounts, an owner under 25, or you own a Frost Premium Account. The minimum opening deposit is $25.
The Plus fee page prints Effective 1 February 2024, and it also prints Effective 1 February 2021. The monthly service charge is $15. It is $0 with $10,000 combined average daily balances in personal deposit accounts, or if you are a borrower on a Frost consumer real estate secured loan, or if you own a Frost Premium Account. Opening deposit is $25. An owner of Plus has a $0 monthly service charge on personal savings accounts they own.
The Premium fee page prints Effective 1 February 2024, and it also prints Effective 1 October 2018. The monthly service charge is $30. It is $0 with $250,000 combined average daily balances in personal deposit and qualified investment accounts. If that balance is missed for 3 statement cycles in a row, the page says the account converts to a Frost Personal Account. Opening deposit is $25. An owner of Premium has a $0 monthly service charge on other personal checking, savings, money market, and Health Savings Accounts they own.
A yearly total from numbers you type is on the bank fee calculator. It does not look up this institution.
| Account | Monthly fee | One way the page says it is $0 |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | $8 | $100 in the deposits and credits the page lists, or a $1,000 minimum daily balance |
| Plus | $15 | $10,000 combined average daily balances in personal deposit accounts |
| Premium | $30 | $250,000 combined average daily balances in deposits and qualified investments |
ATM, stop payment, and wires
A non-Frost ATM transfer or withdrawal is $2 on Personal, plus any fee the ATM owner charges. Plus prints a $0 Frost fee and says owner fees are refunded up to $5 in a statement cycle. Premium prints a $0 Frost fee and a refund up to $15. Frost ATMs are $0 on the Personal page.
A stop payment is $30 per item on Personal and $30 on Plus. Premium prints $0. A cashier's check is $5 on Personal, $0 on Plus, and $0 on Premium. An incoming wire is $15 on Personal and $15 on Plus, and $0 on Premium. Personal and Plus print "Fee varies" for an outgoing wire, so this page does not invent that dollar. Premium prints $0 for wire transfers.
Personal prints $35 for each item it pays that overdraws the account by more than $100, up to $105 a day. Plus prints the same $35 and the same daily cap. Premium prints $0 for each item it pays, and $0 for a non-sufficient funds item. A return item is $0 on Personal. How the Personal page and the coverage page use different sentences is on Frost Bank overdraft fee. Statement PDF steps are on how to download a Frost Bank statement.
The line on your own statement is the one that counts. Upload it on the upload page. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not call the institution.
