Monthly plans

Opened 25 October 2026. The plan dollars are from the Servus personal banking plans brochure, effective 1 December 2025. Current plans are Personal Basic, Personal Essential, Personal Premium Unlimited, Youth for ages 0 to 16, Be Free for ages 17 to 25, and Senior Unlimited for ages 60 and over. The monthly fee row prints Basic at C$3.95, Essential at C$3.95 to C$16.95, Premium Unlimited at C$25, and Youth, Be Free, and Senior Unlimited at C$0. The brochure puts a value in parentheses next to those zeros. That value is not a fee the zero dollar plans charge.

The balance that waives the monthly fee is C$4,000 on Essential and C$5,000 on Premium Unlimited. Basic is not applicable, so the brochure does not show a balance that removes the C$3.95. Youth, Be Free, and Senior Unlimited are not applicable because the monthly fee is already C$0. Essential is fee based on usage: C$3.95 up to 15 transactions, C$11.95 up to 60, and C$16.95 for unlimited. e-Statement is included on all six current plans. Paper with cheque imaging is C$2.50 on Basic, Essential, Be Free, and Senior Unlimited, and it is included on Premium Unlimited and Youth.

The line on your own statement is the one that counts. Upload it on the upload page. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not call the institution.

NSF, wires, and dormant

The financial service fees page does not print an effective date. It says the listed fees may apply, that the list is not every fee, and that former connectFirst members may have different fees. This guide uses only the Servus rows on that page. Non sufficient funds on cheques, AFTs, and EFTs is C$48. A stop payment is C$20 when the member provides full details in Canadian or US dollars, or partial details in Canadian dollars. A member draft or official cheque in Canadian, US, or international funds is C$9.95. A non member draft is C$12.

Outgoing wires print as C$15 to C$60, and the page says the fee varies by destination and currency. Incoming wires print C$15 from Alberta or Canadian credit unions, C$15 for US funds from Canadian financial institutions, and C$15 from all other financial institutions. This guide does not pick one outgoing wire dollar inside that range. A dormant account charge is C$30 when there has been no member activity for at least one year. Closing an account within 90 days of opening is C$25. The unauthorized overdraft rate is 31%. An e-Transfer reclaim fee is C$5.

Coverdraft on that page is C$5 per transfer. The plans brochure is more specific. Premium Unlimited prints C$0. Essential prints 5 included, then C$5 each. Basic, Youth, and Be Free print C$5 each. Use the row for the plan name on the statement. Waiver steps for the monthly plan are on how to avoid the Servus monthly fee. Dormant fees at other institutions are on dormant account fees at Canadian banks.

Legacy plan names

Page 2 of the same brochure is marked legacy. Personal Pay As You Go is C$0. Personal Plan 30 is C$10.95, waived at C$3,000. Personal Plan 60 is C$11.95, waived at C$3,500. Personal e-Plan 60 is C$11.95, waived at C$2,500. Personal Unlimited Plan is C$16.95, waived at C$4,000. If the statement still uses a legacy name, use that row. Do not apply the current Premium Unlimited C$5,000 waiver to a legacy plan.

The monthly list is monthly chequing fees by bank. The reading guide is Canada bank fee guides. A yearly total from numbers you type is on the bank fee calculator. It does not look up this institution.
