How to download a Servus Credit Union statement
Servus Credit Union's eStatement page says electronic statements are part of online and mobile banking, and that you can see seven years of history. It does not print a button by button path inside the app. The plan brochure prints what paper costs. This page is the download, not the monthly fee waiver.

Where Servus says the PDF lives
The eStatement page, opened 17 October 2026, says eStatements are digital versions of the printed statements you may still get by mail. They are part of online and mobile banking. You get seven years of statement history, and you can open them at any time. If you are not registered for online banking, the page says to call 1.877.378.8728 or visit a branch. Online banking is subject to the Digital Banking Agreement. The page does not name a menu such as Statements or Documents. After you sign in, look for statements or eStatements in online or mobile banking. If the menu is not there, the registration step is the phone number or the branch, not a guessed click path.
Switching to eStatements is how the page says you avoid paper statement fees. It does not print the paper dollar. That dollar is on the personal banking plans brochure effective 1 December 2025. e-Statement is included on the current plans. Paper with cheque imaging is $2.50 on Basic, Essential, Be Free, and Senior Unlimited, and it is included on Premium Unlimited and Youth. Legacy plans on page 2 of that brochure also print a $2.50 paper statement. Check your bank's current fee schedule if your plan name is not on that brochure. Which plan waives the monthly fee is on how to avoid the Servus monthly fee.
What to save, and what not to mix up
Save the PDF the credit union generates. A screenshot of the app balance is not the statement. The statement is the document that lists the opening balance, the transactions, and the fees for that period. Current chequing plans on the brochure are monthly. Several savings plans on the same brochure are quarterly, so a missing month on a savings account can be a quarterly cycle rather than a missing file. Read the frequency row for the account you have before you request a duplicate.
A file linked from Servus titled like a personal service fee sheet opened as a Connect First Credit Union schedule. Do not use that sheet's 'online statement viewing $0.00' line as the Servus price. The Servus documents used here are the eStatement page and the personal banking plans brochure. Meridian's download steps are different, on how to download a Meridian statement. After the PDF is on your device
Open the fee lines first: the monthly plan fee, a paper statement fee, an extra transaction, and any Interac e-Transfer cancellation at $5.00 if the brochure's current plans still apply to you. Then look at purchases. A parking app, an EV charger, or a game charge is not a Servus fee. Those merchants are on parking app charges, EV charging charges, and what an Xsolla charge means. The wider Canadian map is Canadian bank fees.
Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists bank fee lines it recognizes so you can see the date, the name, and the amount before you call. It does not call Servus, and it does not promise a refund. How to ask is on how to ask your bank to refund a fee.
