Citizens wire transfer fee
A Citizens wire fee depends on whether the wire is domestic or foreign, and whether it is a one time wire or a repetitive one. The personal deposit account fees PDF revised October 2026 prints a dollar for each of those.

What the October 2026 PDF prints
Opened 20 October 2026. A domestic outgoing wire that is not repetitive is $30 per transaction. A domestic outgoing repetitive wire is $18 per transaction. A domestic incoming wire is $18 by mail, $28 by phone, and $26 by fax. A repair on a domestic incoming wire is $21 by mail, $31 by phone, and $29 by fax.
A foreign incoming wire in US dollars is $12 per transaction. A foreign incoming wire in foreign currency is $10 per transaction. A foreign outgoing wire that is not repetitive is $40 per transaction in US dollars, or $15 per transaction in foreign currency. A foreign outgoing repetitive wire is $22.50 per transaction in US dollars, or $7.50 per transaction in foreign currency. An interbank book transfer is $5 per transaction.
Note 2 on the domestic incoming repair by fax line says that fee is waived for Citizens Quest checking, savings, and money market, Citizens Private Client checking, savings, and money market, and Citizens Private Bank checking, savings, and money market. The other wire rows in that extract do not carry the same note. Do not treat every Citizens wire as free on those accounts. The PDF does not say the receiving bank's fee is included.
These dollars are not in the outgoing table for Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and the other banks on outgoing wire fees at US banks. The monthly fee for One Deposit Checking is a different line, on how to waive a Citizens monthly fee.
The line on your own statement is the one that counts. Upload it on the upload page. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not call the bank.
