How to download a Neo Financial statement PDF

Monthly statements are online for Neo Chequing, Neo Everyday, Neo Savings, and Neo High-Interest Savings. In the app: log in, open the Accounts tab, select the account, tap Manage, then Statements. On the web: log in at member.neofinancial.com, click Money, select the account, tap Manage, then Statements.

Neo says paper statements are not available for those accounts. To keep a copy, view the monthly statement, select the Save icon to download the PDF, then print that file if you need paper. A CSV export is a different file, and Neo says CSV exports are on the website, not in the app. Upload the PDF, not the CSV.

Credit card statements

Neo's credit card statement page says the statement is available by the end of the day on the statement date, and that you get an email when it is ready. Statements are created on business days, so the day can vary. In the app: Accounts tab, select the credit card, tap View statements, then the date. On the web: Credit, select the credit account, scroll to Statements, then the date. Save the PDF with the Save icon.

Paper credit card statements are optional and cost $2.50 per month. Neo says the fee is charged to the credit account on the statement date, the statements go by Canada Post, and the fee is not refundable. Paper can take up to one week, not counting weekends and statutory holidays. The payment due date is 21 days after the statement date. You cannot pick a custom date range or change the due date.

The account page also says a purchase or cash withdrawal abroad has a 3% foreign exchange conversion fee, based on Mastercard rates, and that a Grow member is reimbursed automatically. Neo says it does not charge an ATM fee for a Neo Money card withdrawal. The ATM operator may still charge a fee, which Neo describes as usually around $3 and dependent on the machine. A Neo statement in Canadian dollars stays in C$.

Questions

Does Expenvo sign in and download the PDF?

No. You download the PDF from the bank or the company. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo does not ask for the password.

Does Neo mail chequing and savings statements?

No. Neo says paper statements are not available for Chequing, Everyday, Savings, or High-Interest Savings. Download the PDF with the Save icon.

What does a paper credit card statement cost?

Neo says $2.50 per month, charged on the statement date, and that the fee is not refundable. Viewing the statement in the app or on the website avoids that fee.
