How to download a Charles Schwab statement PDF

A Charles Schwab statement PDF is the file Schwab creates for a brokerage account or for a Schwab Bank account. You download it after you sign in. Expenvo does not sign in to Schwab, and it does not see the account until you open that PDF yourself.

Brokerage statements on the website

Schwab's website and mobile reference, opened 17 October 2026, answers where to view account statements. On Schwab.com, select Accounts, then Statements and Tax Forms. Tax forms are a different choice on that same menu: Accounts, then Statements and Tax Forms, then Tax Forms. Use Statements when you want the account statement, not the 1099.

On a phone, the same guide says to tap More, then Statements under Documents. A separate Schwab page, How to access statements on Schwab Mobile, says to tap the Profile icon and select Statements, then tap the statement to view it. The two mobile paths are both on Schwab's own pages. If one label is missing, try the other. Schwab can change a menu without notice. The statement you need is the document for one period, not the positions screen.

Schwab Alliance, for clients of an advisor, says eDelivery can show up to 10 years of statements and other documents. You can get statements by mail or by eDelivery. The learning page says to read the Account Summary for deposits, withdrawals, investments bought and sold, and fees for that period. That summary is inside the PDF. Save the PDF Schwab generates. A photo of the screen is harder to read.

Schwab Bank checking statements

A brokerage statement and a Schwab Bank statement are different files. Schwab's bank eStatements page says you get an email when the latest Schwab Bank High Yield Investor Checking statement is ready. Log in at schwab.com/eDocuments to view, save, and print the monthly checking statement. The phone number on that page is 1-877-232-9673.

Another Schwab Bank confirmation page says monthly statement notifications start by email when the documents are ready, and that the change takes effect within the next two statement cycles. You can switch back to paper by contacting Schwab. Paperless for the brokerage account is a separate choice. Schwab points brokerage paperless settings to Schwab.com/Paperless.

Download the checking PDF if the fees you care about are on the bank account. Download the brokerage PDF if the fees are on the investment account. Uploading the wrong one will not show the other account. Keep the period dates in the file name so you do not mix months.

Before you upload

Use a PDF you can open without a password if Schwab offers one. Expenvo cannot open a locked file, and it does not upload the PDF to a server. The PDF stays on your device. How to read a statement PDF is the checklist for period dates and for keeping US dollars apart from any other account.

Schwab Bank is a US bank. This page is not for a Canadian brokerage. TD Canada Trust has its own download page at download a TD Canada statement. TD Bank in the United States is download a TD Bank US statement.

If Save to my account is off, the charges stay in the browser tab. If you sign in and leave it on, the charges can be stored in your account in Canada. The PDF itself is not stored.

Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines so you can match a short name to a date and an amount. It does not call the bank, and it does not dispute a charge.
