PNC stop payment is $33

By Karla CastroUpdated November 1, 2026

PNC's consumer schedule of service charges, effective May 31, 2026, prints $33.00 each for a stop payment on all accounts other than Performance Select Checking. Performance Select Checking is no charge.

What the stop covers

Opened 1 November 2026. The stop payment line is a fee for a stop on a check, a preauthorized debit, an electronic transfer, and a recurring preauthorized payment through a Visa debit card. Performance Select Checking is no charge. All other accounts are $33.00 each. The page header says the schedule is effective May 31, 2026, for all markets, and that prices can change.

The fee can show as its own line next to the item you asked PNC not to pay. The schedule does not print the statement wording. Paying $33.00 does not by itself mean the item was stopped.

The account with no charge

Read the account name. If it is Performance Select Checking, the schedule prints no charge for this stop. Other PNC consumer accounts on the same page print $33.00 each. The page does not print a separate online price below $33.00.

Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank, and it does not stop the payment.
