Rush debit card replacement fees at US banks

A new debit card and a rush shipment are often two lines. This page is the rush dollar each bank printed on 20 October 2026. What a replacement fee means, when the agreement does not print a dollar, is on [what a card replacement fee is](/guides/card-replacement-fee).

The rush fee

Opened 20 October 2026. Standard mail is the way these pages say you skip the rush line. The line on your own statement is the one that counts. Upload it on the upload page. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank.

Opened 20 October 2026. US dollars. Rush or expedited delivery of a debit or ATM card.
BankFee the page printsWhat the same page also says
Chase$15 per cardThe additional banking services PDF prints Card Replacement, Rush Request at $15 per card when you ask for express shipping of a replacement debit or ATM card. It says you avoid the fee by requesting standard shipping. Chase Sapphire Checking and Chase Private Client Checking list Card Replacement, Rush Request under fees you do not pay.
Bank of America$15.00 per cardThe personal schedule of fees, marked effective 7 August 2026, prints a Rush Replacement ATM or Debit Card Fee of $15.00 per card for each requested rush delivery. Preferred Rewards clients at Preferred Plus, Preferred Honors, or Premier qualify for a waiver. A rush replacement asked for because of fraud on an existing account also qualifies for a waiver.
PNC$25.00 eachThe consumer schedule effective 22 February 2026 prints Card Replacement at no charge and Expedited Card Delivery at $25.00 each. The $25.00 is the delivery line. It is not a fee for the card itself.

Pages that did not print a rush dollar

Wells Fargo's debit card FAQ says a replacement arrives in 5 to 7 calendar days. The lost-wallet page says rush processing for credit cards may be available in as little as 24 hours and that additional fees may apply. Neither page prints a rush dollar for a debit card, so Wells Fargo is not in the table.

Capital One's debit card page says a replacement is free if the card is lost, damaged, or stolen. The tracking page says expedited delivery should arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Those pages do not print an expedited dollar, so this guide does not call the rush shipment $0.

A Canadian client card is a different schedule, on debit card replacement fees at Canadian banks.

Questions

Is the rush fee the same as a replacement fee?
Not on these pages. PNC prints no charge for the card and $25.00 for expedited delivery. Chase prints $15 for express shipping and says standard shipping avoids it. Bank of America prints $15.00 for rush delivery.
Does Chase charge $15 on every checking account?
The fee schedule prints $15 per card for a rush request. The same PDF lists rush replacement under fees you do not pay on Chase Sapphire Checking and Chase Private Client Checking.
Does Bank of America waive the $15.00?
The schedule waives it for Preferred Rewards at Preferred Plus, Preferred Honors, or Premier, and for a rush replacement requested because of fraud on an existing account.
