How to download a Manulife Bank statement

A Manulife Bank statement is opened inside online banking, on the Statements tab. Manulife's own how to page prints the clicks. An official cheque is a different order on that page, and it has a fee. This guide does not invent a fee for saving the statement PDF.

View the statement

Opened 19 October 2026. Manulife Bank's online banking how to page says to view an online statement in four steps. Log in to online banking. Select the account. Select the Statements tab. Click the statement date to view the statement. The page notes that some tasks still open the older site while Manulife updates the new one. If a button sends you to the old site, finish the task there. Do not invent a second menu.

If you do not have a password, the same page says to call 1-877-765-2265 for a temporary password, then create a Manulife ID and link the bank account. The hours on that page are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST Monday to Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Saturday and Sunday. That number is also the line for a sub account you cannot close online.

Switch to e-statements

The how to page prints the e-statement steps. Log in. Click your name at the top right. Choose Statement Preferences. Select Edit for the account. Change the preference to e-statements. Check the box if you want an email when a new e-statement is ready. That email is a notice. It is not the PDF itself. You still sign in and open the date.

This page does not state a dollar for a paper copy of a statement. Manulife's how to page does not print one. If you need a paper copy, ask Manulife what the current fee is, if any, and write down the answer. Other Canadian statement steps are on how to download an EQ Bank statement and how to download a Simplii statement.

Do not mix this up with an official cheque

The same how to page has a different task, ordering an official cheque. Manulife says a $10 service fee is withdrawn from the account. Courier delivery is an additional $10. Mail is Canada Post. Requests before 5 p.m. ET are processed by the next business day. That $10 is the official cheque fee printed on the page opened 19 October 2026. It can change. It is not a fee for clicking a statement date. A direct deposit form, which Manulife offers instead of a void cheque, is under the account, then Direct deposit form (PDF). That is also not the monthly statement.

Save the statement PDF before you close the browser. One statement per file is easier to read later. A Manulife Bank monthly fee, if the account has one, is a line on that PDF. Canadian bank fees is the wider list.

Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank or the card company, and it does not cancel a card or a purchase.
