The fee on the Venture X page

Opened 19 October 2026. The Venture X page prints an annual fee of $395. It also prints a variable purchase APR of 19.74% to 28.74%. That range can change, and the rate that applies to an application is in the pricing box Capital One shows you, not in this guide. The page says you will not pay a transaction fee on purchases outside the United States. That sentence is about the foreign transaction fee. It does not say the annual fee is $0.
