Citi prints no paper or early close dollar

By Karla CastroUpdated November 2, 2026

Citi's consumer deposit account agreement, effective November 14, 2024, describes paper statements and a paperless choice. It does not print a dollar for mailing the statement, and it does not print an early account closing fee.

Paper statement

Opened 2 November 2026. The agreement says an owner can enroll in paperless statements when registered for online banking. Citi then emails that the statement is on Citi Online or in the Citi Mobile app. If you stay on paper, Citi says it uses ordinary postal mail. Neither path has a printed price in this agreement.

If you already get a paper statement, you can ask to have check images sent with it. The agreement does not print a dollar for those images. A copy of a cancelled check is also described without a fee amount.

Closing the account

The agreement does not print an early account closing fee. Closing a certificate or taking an early withdrawal from a CD is a different rule. This page does not quote a CD penalty.

Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank, and it does not close the account.
