Truist paper statement has no charge

By Karla CastroUpdated November 2, 2026

Truist's personal deposit accounts fee schedule, effective September 28, 2026, prints no charge for a paper statement or a paperless online statement. It does not print an early account closing fee.

Paper statement

Opened 2 November 2026. The checking table prints that line for Truist One Checking and Truist Confidence Account. The money market table and the savings table print the same no charge line for a monthly or quarterly paper statement and for a paperless online statement. The schedule does not add a second paper dollar on those rows.

A minimum opening deposit note says some accounts must keep $0.01 to avoid account closure and to earn the stated rate. That is a balance rule. It is not a paper statement fee.

Closing the account

The miscellaneous fees list does not print an early account closing fee. An IRA premature withdrawal fee of $10, plus an early withdrawal penalty, is a retirement account line. It is not the fee for closing a checking account.

Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device. Expenvo lists the lines. It does not sign in to the bank, and it does not close the account.
