No. The March 2026 list prints paper statements mailed to you at $2.00 a month, and Cheque Image Return as its own $2.00 a month. You can pay one without the other.

Does Scotiabank charge $1.50 to view every cheque online?

The fees page prints $1.50, or free with paperless record keeping. Basic Banking and the Student Banking Advantage Plan are free for every record-keeping type.

Why do two PNC documents print different image fees?

The consumer schedule prints $5.00 for paper with check images on checking accounts other than Performance Select. The Simple Checking PDF prints $3.00 for that account. Use the document for the account on the statement.

Cheque and check image fees by bank

A cheque image fee is for a picture of a cheque, either mailed with the statement or pulled up later. It is not the monthly fee for the statement itself. This page is the image dollar each bank printed on 20 October 2026. BMO	Cheque image return $2.50 a month	Agreements effective 2 June 2026. The plan table includes the option on Premium, Performance, Blue Rewards, and Plus, and prints $2.50 a month on Practical. Images are not available with eStatements. You can view, save, and print images from the previous three months in BMO Mobile and Online Banking.
National Bank	Online images free. Branch or call centre $5.00 an item	Fee guide effective 15 February 2026. A request for images of a cleared item through the call centre or a branch is $5.00 an item. Access through online banking is free.

United States

PNC's consumer schedule effective 22 February 2026 prints paper statements with check images, front only, at no charge on Performance Select Checking and $5.00 a statement period on all other checking accounts. If the period has no check images, the paper or dual statement fee applies instead. The Simple Checking fee PDF with the same effective date prints $3.00 for paper with check images on that account. Both documents are PNC's. Read the one for the account you have.

TD Bank's US personal fee schedule, 5911-RET (07/26), prints $2.00 a statement cycle for printed check images with a paper statement. BMO Smart Money Checking in the United States prints $3 for check images, waived at 65 or older or if you go paperless.

Wells Fargo's consumer schedule effective 28 July 2026 prints the check image service at no fee. Everyday Checking includes the front. Prime and Premier include the front and the back. Bank of America's personal schedule prints check image service and check copy at no fee.
