What a HelloFresh charge means on your statement

A HelloFresh line is a meal kit order. HelloFresh's cancel page does not print the letters a bank uses, and it does not print a box price. The statement name usually includes HelloFresh. Confirm the week in your HelloFresh account and in the receipt email.

What the charge is

HelloFresh bills for orders it has already processed. The cancel page says you are responsible for charges on orders that were already processed. It does not print a dollar amount for a box.

Upload the statement on Expenvo. The PDF stays on your device.

How to skip or cancel

To skip a week: log in, My Menu, select the delivery day, Skip Week.

To cancel: log in, click your name at the upper right, Account Settings, then on Plan settings click Cancel Plan under Status, and follow the prompts. HelloFresh says you must pause or cancel by 11:59 pm Pacific Time, five days before the next delivery. It cannot process a cancellation after that cutoff.

Upload the statement to Expenvo and it lists every subscription it finds. Expenvo does not cancel HelloFresh for you. Steps for stopping the next charge are on how to cancel a subscription you found on a statement.
